Biography
He was born on June 26, 1926 , in the city of Nikolaev in a family of railway workers . Since 1942, a participant in the Great Patriotic War , a member of the partisan detachment operating in the territory of the Voronezh region . In 1943, he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army and enlisted in the IS at the NKVD in the Voronezh Region. [3]
Since 1944 he studied at the Saratov Military School of the NKVD of the USSR . Since 1946 he served in the NKVD Troops for the protection of railway structures. In 1948 he graduated externally from the Moscow Military School of the Border Troops of the Ministry of State Security of the USSR . Since 1949 he served in the Border Troops - an officer in the headquarters of the UPV MGB of the BSSR . Since 1952, in the Convoy forces of the NKVD of the USSR - deputy chief of the political department of the 38th division of the NKVD troops of the USSR , since 1953 - commander of the Separate battalion of the 70th division of the troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR . Since 1958, after graduating from the KGB Military Institute under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, he was the chief of staff of the MPVO - the Kirovsky district of the city of Leningrad and the city of Angarsk .
Since the end of 1958, he was enlisted in the current reserve of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and was assigned to the Ministry of Secondary Engineering of the USSR [5] Since 1958, the chief of staff of the Moscow Military District, since 1960, simultaneously the head of the Regime and Security Department, since 1962, the deputy director and chief of staff of the Civil Society of the Angarsk Electrolysis Chemical Combine . Since 1963, deputy director and chief of staff of the GO of the Eastern Mining and Processing Plant . Since 1967, deputy director and chief of staff of the GO Instrument-Making Plant of the USSR MSM and the closed city of Zlatoust-36 .
In 1972, by order of the Minister of Medium Machinery of the USSR E.P. Slavsky , he was sent to the city of Obninsk to the Central Institute for Advanced Studies of the MSM of the USSR to organize a training cycle on civil defense in the nuclear industry . He was one of the organizers, and since 1973 he was the deputy head of the Special Department of the TsIPK MSM USSR . [6]
Since 1989, after his resignation, he continued to teach and lecture at the educational institutions of Minatom , at the VOK “Vystrel” and at the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of Civil Defense of the USSR . Since 1993, a consultant to the ISTC Rosatom [7] .
He lived in the city of Obninsk , died on June 19, 2003 , and was buried in Konchalovsky cemetery .
Community Activities
Since 1968 he was a permanent member of the Presidium of DOSAAF closed cities of the nuclear industry . From 1968 to 1972 he was elected as a deputy of the city Council of deputies of workers and a member of the bureau of the Civil Party of the CPSU of the city of Zlatoust-36 [2] .
