The XXVI Women's European Youth Volleyball Championship was held in 2018 with the participation of teams composed of players no older than 2000 year of birth. The matches of the final tournament were played from September 1 to 9 in two cities of Albania - Tirana and Durres . The winner of the tournament was the Italian team.

Qualifying games
34 teams participated in the qualifying games. Seven winners of the second stage groups won tickets to the final tournament of the championship, and the teams that became second in the groups, together with the Romania national team, who finished third with the best additional indicators, reached the final qualification stage, where they played four more tickets to the final tournament. The Albanian team, as its organizer, was exempted from the qualification procedure.
The draw of the final tournament was held on May 9, 2018 in Tirana [1] .
