Biography

He was born on July 22, 1933 at a mine in the North Artyomovsky district of Donetsk region in a working family.

In 1950, he began working as a carpenter in the construction site of the Transvodstroy trust, and since 1951 he was a sailor, fireman, and the helm of the steamer Molodogvardeets ( Dnepropetrovsk ).

Since 1952, he served in the Soviet Army , after returning from the army in 1955, he worked as a stoker of a steam locomotive of the Nizhne-Dneprovsky Knot (Dnepropetrovsk), since 1956 he worked as a tuner in the Kievskaya 5 mine in the Voroshilovgrad region , from 1957 he was a slaughterer, then secretary Committee LKSMU mine Novodruzhevskaya ( Lisichansk ).

Since 1961, he was an instructor at the Lisichansk District Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR, since 1962 - head of the industrial transport department of the Severodonetsk city ​​committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR, since 1963 - deputy secretary of the party committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR, then deputy director of the Severodonetsk chemical plant.

Since 1967 he was a senior process engineer, then secretary of the party committee of Sumy Heavy Compressor Plant.

Since 1972, he held the position of head of the defense industry sector, then head of the industrial transport department of the Sumy Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR, since 1978 he was the first secretary of the Konotop City Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR, from 1982 - secretary, then from 1984 - the second secretary of the Sumy Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR .

In 1990, during the first alternative parliamentary elections in the Ukrainian SSR, he was nominated as a candidate for people's deputies by the labor collectives of the Mir collective farm, Putivl district, Putivl MPMK-21 and Glukhovsky meat processing plant, on March 18, 1990, in the second round, was elected People's Deputy of the Supreme Council of Ukraine The Soviet Socialist Republic of the XII convocation (hereinafter referred to as the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the I convocation ) from the Glukhovsky constituency No. 344 of the Sumy Region won 56.14% of the vote among 4 candidates. In parliament, he was a member of the deputy groups "Agrarians", "For Social Justice", was chairman of the subcommittee of the commission on the development of basic sectors of the economy. The deputy powers expired on May 10, 1994.

Married, has two children.
