Biography

Born on November 11, 1963 in the city of Shadrinsk, Kurgan region . In 1978 he graduated from the Shadrinsk music school in piano. After graduating from eight classes at school No. 32 of the Shadrinsk station, in September 1979 he entered the Shadrinsk Automobile College with a degree in metal cutting. In December 1979 he became a student of school number 4 in Shadrinsk and graduated from it in 1981.

In 1981 he entered the Faculty of Philosophy of the Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky , which he graduated in 1986. After graduation, he worked as an assistant in the department of Marxist-Leninist philosophy and scientific communism at the Shadrinsk State Pedagogical Institute (SHPI)

In 1989-1992, he was a graduate student at the A.I. Herzen Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute . In 1993 he defended his thesis in the form of a scientific report for the degree of candidate of philosophical sciences on the topic: “Latent cultural phenomena: the experience of a sociological study of personal documents of girls” at the A. Gorky Ural State University ,

Since 1994 - Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of ShSPI. Since 1998 - Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of ShSPI. Since February 2002 - Professor at the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of ShSPI.

In November 2002, at the Russian State Humanitarian University, he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Cultural Studies on the topic “Subculture of Girlhood: Russian Province of the 70-90s. XX century ”(scientific consultant - Neklyudov, Sergey Yuryevich ).

Since 2003, she has been the head of the Department of Literature and Cultural Studies at the ShSPI, and since 2007, the Chair of Cultural Studies at the ShSPI. After the transformation of ShSPI into ShSPU - a leading researcher at the Department of Philology and Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines of the Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University [1] .

Scientific works and local history

He is the author of more than 150 scientific articles and monographs. Sergey Borisovich - an encyclopedic scientist, compiler and executive editor of the books “Shadrinsk of the 1920s”, “Shadrinsk of the war era” (1995 — the first, second books, 2005 — the third book), “Shadrinsk post-war”, “Shadrinsk local history: a brief bio-bibliographic Dictionary ”,“ Shadrinsk State Pedagogical Institute. 1939-1999 ”,“ Encyclopedic Dictionary of Russian Childhood ”(in two volumes),“ Shadrinsk Encyclopedia ”(in three volumes),“ Ural Art Encyclopedia ”and“ Encyclopedic Dictionary of Russian everyday life of the twentieth century ” [2] .

Sergey Borisovich Borisov - compiler and executive editor of 26 issues of the almanac “Shadrinskaya antiquity” (1993-2018), editor-in-chief of the almanacs: “Shadrinsky almanac”, “Counterpoint”, “Dawn”, “Sign-n-Sein”, thanks to him it was held five local history conferences "Shadrinsky province". In 1990, he initiated the creation of the Shadrinsky movement “For the cultural revival of the city”, since 1998 he was the chairman of the Shadrinsky city society of local lore experts [3] , created on his initiative.
