Parsenta ( Polish: Parsęta , German: Persante ) - a river in northwestern Poland , in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship , flows into the Baltic Sea in the city of Kolobrzeg .

Length 139 km, basin area 3145 km² [1] .
The river begins in the swamps near the village of Parsentsko, 8 km northwest of the city of Szczecinek [2] . The general direction of the current is northwest, the channel is meandering.
The main tributaries are Pyshnitsa, Radev, Radusha (right); Bukhova, Debnica (left).
The river flows through the cities of Bialogard and Carlino , as well as numerous villages. At the confluence of the sea is the city of Kolobrzeg . The width of the river in the lower reaches is about 20 m, the flow velocity is 0.6 m / s [3] . At the mouth of the river is the seaport of Kolobrzeg, where Parsenta acts as the water area and entrance channel to the port.
