Born on January 21, 1939 in the village of Geok-Tepe, Ashgabat region. Turkmen SSR. He graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute. M.I. Kalinina (1961).

• 1961-1972 laboratory assistant, junior and senior researcher at the Institute of Deserts, Academy of Sciences of the Turkmen SSR,
• 1972-1978 senior researcher at the Turkmen Forest Experimental Station of the Central Asian Forest Research Institute,
• 1978-1995 Head of Laboratory of the Institute of Deserts,
• 1996–1997 Deputy Director of the United Enterprise of Railway Transport.

From 1997 he worked in the Department of Land Reclamation, Water and Forestry of the RAAS: Head of the Department of Forestry and Agroforestry (1997-2000), and. about.
