Kolychevo (the microdistrict of the city of Kolomna) is the largest of the 11 [1] planning areas of the urban district of Kolomna . This intracity education accounts for one third of the total population of modern Kolomna . Geographically, the district is divided into seven microdistricts. Currently, the development of the 7th microdistrict and the design of the microdistrict 8 are actively underway.

In the early 70s of the XX century in the city there was an acute problem of emergency, dilapidated, as well as the lack of new housing [2] . Thousands of residents of Kolomna in those years lived in barracks, basements, monastery cells, communal apartments. Immediate resolution of urgent problems was required. Such a decision was the construction in 1975 on the high left bank of the Oka River a new residential quarter "Kolychevo."
The quarter got its name from the names of the nearby villages of Bolshoi and Maloye Kolychevo. The latter, Maloye Kolychevo, is currently part of Kolomna.

Transport
Tram
With the construction of new housing, the transport accessibility of the district was also decided. In 1986 [3] a tram went over the bridge overpass in Kolychevo. At the same time, they began to build a new tram line running into the suburbs to the Sychevo railway platform and a meat processing plant [4] .
In 2002, solemn events were held to celebrate the 825th anniversary of the city. On the eve of the holiday, a new tram line was built, which passed along the streets of Vesennyaya and Spirina [5] .
Today 4 tram routes connect Kolychevo with other city blocks. These are routes 2, 4, 7 and 10.
In 2010, the master plan for the development of the Kolomna urban district for the period until 2020 was adopted, according to which the tram will receive its further development in Kolychevo [6] . It is planned to build a new tram line along Gavrilova Street in the area of the future 8th microdistrict. In a vacant lot near the Myasokombinat tram station near the Sychevo railway platform, a modern tram depot will be built, into which the existing depot will be transferred from the Central District on Kirova Avenue . In the long run, the line will be extended from the Meat Processing Plant to new areas of Zaprudy and Sandyri in the north of the city.
Bus
The bus service was organized by the State Unitary Enterprise MO Mostransavto MAP No. 2 Motorcade 1417 Kolomna . With the rest of the city districts, Kolychevo is connected by bus routes 4, 7 and 13, as well as minibuses 8, 13, 15 and 16.
The area runs intercity bus routes in the direction of the settlements Akatevo and White Wells. By subscription to motorcade 1417, boarding the intercity bus No. 460 on the route " Kolomna - Moscow (Kotelniki) " is carried out.
Railway Transport
The Golutvin - Ozyory railway line runs along the district’s outer border, along which several pairs of trains run per day. Transportation is carried out by OJSC “ TsPPK ” on trains of type RA2 [7] and DPM.
Boarding the train is carried out from two platforms located in Kolychevo: “ Sq. 6 km ”and“ Sychevo ”.
According to the general plan of the city, the construction of an underground passage in the area of the railway platform “ Sq. 6 km ”, which will go to the tram stop“ pos. them. Kirov ". Also, as part of the development of high-speed transport in the Moscow region, it is planned to build a line of high-speed transport in the corridor of the Golutvin - Ozyory railway line.
Road facilities
Today Kolychevo is seven [3] streets, a boulevard and the embankment of the Oka River . The master plan provides for the construction of new and reconstruction of old streets. The bulk of the work until 2020 will be in the southern part of the district, where a bridge will be built across the river. The eye that will connect Kolychevo with Lartsevye Polyany and Oak Grove.
It was planned to build another bridge over the Oka River in Kolychevo due to the reconstruction of Kirov Street and the extension of Dmitry Donskoy Embankment to them. 50th anniversary of the October Revolution [1] . It was assumed that a bus route would pass along this bridge, which would connect Kolychevo with the Lartsevye Polyany and Oak Grove districts. However, in the latest edition of the master plan, this bridge is not planned [8]
River transport
The river tram runs on weekends [9] along the route on the suburban line Bachmanovo - Prityka with a length of 24 km. Transportation is carried out by OJSC “ Port Kolomna ” on the ship “Moscow - 108”, with a passenger capacity of 240 people [10] . In Kolychevo landing on the ship is carried out from the pier "Kolychevo".
Education
Four secondary schools conduct educational activities in Kolychevo: MBOU secondary school No. 15, 16, 17, 18. There are plans to build another school in connection with the expansion of the microdistrict.
Preschool children attend 7 kindergartens.
4 city libraries operate in Kolychevo.

There are two driving schools. The Kolomna United Technical School "Mosrosto" (DOSAAF) operates.
Sport
A ski slope was built in the area, which operates in the winter, and competitions are held.
Every year, a holiday is held on the banks of the Oka River on the embankment of Dmitry Donskoy on the day of the Navy. Port Kolomna ships display on water, as well as demonstrations of rowing and sailing students from sports schools in sports schools.
In Donskoy REU on Vesennyaya Street, the Athletic Club Eugene Sandrov operates with its own gym equipped with exercise machines. On the street Maiden Field Works Children's Sports Club "Peer." On the embankment of Dmitry Donskoy there is a children and youth sports school "Meteor" in ski sports. On Spirin Street, the "Children and Youth School of the Olympic Reserve for Winter Sports" is operating. There is also a sports hall in the Kolomenskoye United Technical School "Mosrosto" (DOSAAF).
In each school for children there are sports sections and circles. School 18 has a pool.
In the shopping center "Maiden Field" there is a fitness club.
Next to the Samokhval shopping center there is a sports and fitness complex with a fitness center and a swimming pool.
Culture
In the area there is the MC "Rus" with a cinema [11] . Employees of the youth center arrange holidays for the population of the district, organize exhibitions and excursions.
On the street of Kirov operates the Centers "Maiden Field", on the basis of which exhibitions and excursions are organized.
On Astakhov Street there is a monument to the 800th anniversary of Kolomna, popularly called the “carrot”. Previously, this monument stood in the business center of the city on Sovetskaya Square.
On Maiden Field there is a memorial sign to the Kolomians who participated in the Afghan war.
On the embankment of Dmitry Donskoy there is a memorial sign and a bow of honor in memory of the gathering of troops before the Battle of Kulikovo . Geographically, this memorial sign is located in the micro-district "Small Kolychevo."
On Kirova Street, parishioners visit the wooden Trinity Church, next to which a stone temple is being built [12] .
In the park named after the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution there is a commemorative sign on laying the park.
In 2000, at the entrance to the district, the sign “Kolychevo 1975” was installed.
In connection with the 40th anniversary of the microdistrict, the monument “Kolychevo 40 years” was erected on Spirin Street
Economics
There are a number of large enterprises in the area. This is the Kolomensky Concrete Reinforced Concrete Plant [13] , which produces products for the construction complex of the city and the region.
Confectionery No. 3 “ Red October ” produces confectionery products for the Moscow region.
The Kolomna Experimental Meat Processing Plant, leading its history since 1862, is known far beyond the city [14] .
A large boiler room is located on Astakhov Street.
There are several shopping malls in the district: shopping mall "Maiden Field", shopping center "Afghan", shopping center "Fair", shopping center "Samokhval".
The trading networks Svyaznoy , Euroset , Dixy , Pyaterochka , Magnit, Lenta, Dom Farma, Atak, etc. operate.
In the area of the bus and tram stops "Zavod ZHBI" the construction market "Kolychevsky Dvor" operates [15] .
In March 2017, the Burger King restaurant was opened in the area of the Reinforced Concrete Plant.
