Pan American Wrestling Championship - Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship for athletes in American countries. It has been held since 1984. Initially, athletes competed only in Greco-Roman wrestling, in 1986 freestyle wrestling competitions were added for men, since 1997 freestyle wrestling competitions for women have also been held.
