Demographics
The actual population of the district as of December 1, 2013 was 25,603 people (without a district center), including 2,221 people living in urban conditions (8.64%) and 23,391 (91.36%) living in rural areas. The permanent population - 25,828 people, including the urban population - 2,212 people (8.56%), rural - 23,616 (91.44%).
