The cave is located in the Dalnegorsk urban district of Primorsky Krai , 12 km from Dalnegorsk in the upper reaches of the Krivoy River at an altitude of 30 m above the bottom of the valley. The length of the cave is 132 m, volume - 2500 m³ [3] . The cave is filled with powdery loose loam with gravel [4] .
A Neolithic site was discovered in the cave, which dates back to the age of 7742–7638 years ago [5] . The settlement was discovered by V.P. Khokhlov, examined by V.A. Tatarnikov in 1972 and J.V. Andreeva in 1973. The most fully represented is the complex of Rudninsky archaeological culture.
Ancient genome-wide data of two individuals from the Chertovy Vorota cave, who lived approx. 7.7 thousand liters n., showed genetic similarity with the ulchi genomes [6] . In two samples, DevilsGate1 and DevilsGate2 (5726-5622 BC), mitochondrial haplogroups D4 and M were identified [7] . Three samples from the Chertovy Vorota cave in Primorye revealed mitochondrial haplogroups D4m and one Y-chromosome haplogroup C2b-M217> L1373 (sample NEO239) [8] .
Textiles found in the Chertovy Vorota cave are the oldest in the Northeast Asia region. The bones of a wolf-dog found in the cave indicate the initial stage of domestication of this animal. The technology of the stone industry of the Rudninsky culture represents the development of traditions laid down by the local Ustinovian Paleolithic culture [9] [10] [11] .
