Kobe City Hall ( 神 戸 市 役 所 Kobe City Hall ) is a 132-meter and 30-story skyscraper located at 6-5-1 Kanotyo, Chuo District, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture , Japan . The building was built from January 23, 1987 to August 31, 1989. The city hall of Kobe is located in a skyscraper. Although this is the tallest building in the city, multi-storey buildings and residential buildings have been built in recent years, so the function of the previous landmark has decreased. The observation deck is located on the 24th floor. The ninth tallest skyscraper in Kobe City and Hyogo Prefecture . [2]
