Biography

Born on January 19, 1947 in the village of Kraskovo, Moscow Region, in a working class family,

In 1964 she graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute with a degree in industrial engineering .

After graduating from the institute, she worked in her specialty, since 1965 she worked as a QC supervisor, shift engineer, director of the Chervonograd reinforced concrete plant, since 1967 she was the chief technologist, then the chief engineer at the plant in the city of Sokal, Lviv region , since 1982 - the chief engineer of the Belotserkovsky reinforced concrete plant products number 2.

Since 1985, she held the position of director of the Stroyindustriya plant in the city of Belaya Tserkov in the Kiev region .

From 1990 to 1991 she was deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Belotserkovsky City Council. She has been a member of the CPSU since 1971.

In 1990, during the first alternative parliamentary elections in the Ukrainian SSR, he was nominated as a candidate for People’s Deputies; on March 18, 1990, in the second round, was elected People's Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the XII convocation (hereinafter referred to as the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the I convocation ) from the Belotserkovsky constituency No. 208 of the Kiev region, won 52.38% of the vote among 8 candidates. In parliament, she was not a member of deputy groups and factions; she was a member of the commission for women, family protection, motherhood, and childhood. The deputy powers expired on May 10, 1994.

From 1994 to 1998, she worked in the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as a senior consultant to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on basic industries and socio-economic development of regions, from 1998 to 2002, as a senior consultant to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on industrial policy and entrepreneurship. Since 1996 she was a member of the board of the Association of People’s Deputies of Ukraine, from 1999 to 2001 - vice president of the association. Since 2003, she was an assistant consultant to the People's Deputy Raisa Bogatyreva .

Widow, two sons - Sergey (born 1962) and Vitaly (born 1966).
