Sverdlovsk Organization of the Union of Russian Filmmakers

SOO SK RF conducts its activities on the territory of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region through its structural divisions - branches and representative offices.

SOO SK RF was created in order to protect social, copyright, related and labor rights, intellectual property and professional interests of its members, to assist in the creation and improvement of the conditions for their creative activity

As of April 1, 2018, 118 people are registered in the Sverdlovsk regional organization of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation.

The main forms of activity of the Sverdlovsk regional organization "Union of Filmmakers of the Russian Federation":

Board of COO SK SK RF

The Management Board is a permanent collegial governing body of the COO SK of the Russian Federation. The Board exercises the rights of a legal entity on behalf of the Sverdlovsk organization of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, performing its duties in accordance with the Charter. The board is accountable to the Congress. Members of the Management Board are elected by the Congress for a period of 4 (four) years. The quantitative composition of the Management Board is determined by the Congress and should not exceed 120 (one hundred and twenty) people. The composition of the Management Board includes: the Chairperson of the SOO SK of the Russian Federation,, the heads of departments, the heads of professional guilds ex officio, as well as the members of the SOO SK of the Russian Federation elected by the Congress in accordance with the quota proportional to the number of structural units established by the Congress. Management of the Management Board is carried out by the Chairman of the COO SK IC RF - Members of the Management Board elected to the Management Board may be re-elected for a new term an unlimited number of times. Meetings of the Management Board are held as necessary, but at least 1 (one) time in 6 (six) months. Meetings of the Management Board may also be convened at the initiative of the Chairman of the Management Board, the Board of Trustees, at the request of at least half of the members of the Management Board, at the request of 1/3 of the branches. In this case, the agenda of the meeting of the Management Board is determined by the initiators of the convocation of the meeting of the Management Board. The date, time and place of the meeting of the Management Board is approved by the Chairman of the COO SK RF.

Secretariat of the COO SK RF

The Secretariat of the COO SK RF is a permanent executive collegial body of the Sverdlovsk organization of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. Members of the Secretariat are elected by the Board from among the members of the COO SK RF for a period of 4 (four) years. The quantitative composition of the Secretariat is determined by the decision of the Board and should not exceed 35 (thirty five) people. The composition of the Secretariat:, (no more than 5 (five), the staff is determined by the Chairperson of the SOO SK RF), heads of structural divisions with a membership of more than 100 (one hundred) members, heads of professional guilds, Secretary for organizational issues and members of the Secretariat elected by the Board in accordance with with a quota proportional to the number of structural units established by the Board. Management of the Secretariat is carried out by the Head of the Secretariat. Members of the Secretariat - Secretaries may be elected for a new term an unlimited number of times. Meetings of the Secretariat are held as necessary, but at least 1 (one) time in 3 (three) months. Meetings of the Secretariat are convened by the Chairperson of the SOO SK RF and, if they are absent, by one of the Secretaries on behalf of the Chairperson of the SOO SK RF.

Revision Commission

The Revision Commission is the Revision Body. The activities of the Audit Commission of the Sverdlovsk Organization of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia are managed by the Chairman of the Audit Commission. The members of the audit commission are elected by the Congress for a term of 4 (four) years and may be re-elected for a new term an unlimited number of times. Members of the audit commission are elected in an amount of at least 5 (five) people. The members of the Management Board, the Secretariat and the staff of the SOO SK RF cannot be elected by the Audit Commission.
