History
It was founded in 1647 (summer 7155) [2] as the Sursky prison - the beginning of the Karsunsky section of the Simbirsk intersection .
In 1667, the head of the prison was Stepan Savyolov [3] .
From 1647 to 1708 he entered Karsun district .
From 1708 to 1780 - Simbirsk district Kazan province (1708-1781) .
In 1780, the Sursk burg was a suburb. In 1780, there were 280 arable soldiers in the suburbs.
From 1781 to 1929 - in Karsun district / district .
Since 1929 - in the Inzensky district .
On May 26, 1964, by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, the village of Sursky Ostrog was renamed Pervomaiskoye [4] .
