Biography
He started playing football in 1952 in the Biysk club team. In 1955-1956, he was part of the Energy team in Irkutsk . He served in the army in the years 1957-1958 in the club of the Trans-Baikal Military District OSK / SKVO Chita . He began to play in defense, but due to dimensions and leadership qualities he was transferred to the center of the attack. In 1959 he returned to the Irkutsk team, which was called the "Mechanical Engineer". In 1960 he ended up in Alma-Ata, transferred to the first “A” group of the “Kairate” class. In the first season, speaking as a defender, he became the team's top scorer with 6 goals. From 1962 to early 1966 - captain of the team. He took Kairat out as a captain of a major league team 94 times.
Twice became the top scorer of the team in the highest echelon, being a defense player. In the major league, he played 203 matches for Kairat and scored 24 goals. In the first league - 45 games, 8 goals. In the USSR Cup - 17 matches, two goals.
In 1967 he was expelled from the team for violation of the sports regime. The following year, he played in the class “B” team of the ADK Alma-Ata , after which he completed his career.
He was sentenced to short sentences for parasitism . [one]

Game Style
It is considered one of the first universal players in the USSR.
