The 12th edition of the Utah Tour , a multi-day road race on the roads of the Utah state of America The race consisted of 7 stages and was held from August 1 to 7, 2016 as part of the UCI America Tour 2016 (category 2.HC ).

The winner of the race, having won the third and seventh stages, was the Australian cyclist Laclan Morton from the team " Jelly Belly – Maxxis ". ^[one]
