The church was built in accordance with the typical architectural scheme of all Andorran churches in the 11th century. The rectangular nave with a semicircular apse has a wooden roof with a slate coating and has a double bell tower. The extension was probably added in a new time. Part of the Romanesque decoration of the XV century is preserved. The Roman-style altar is dedicated to the patron saint of the church, the first bishop of Toulouse Saturnin . The church is included in the List of Cultural Heritage Sites.
