History
In 1965, by a decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR, the village of Rtishtsevo-Kamenka was renamed Polbino , in memory of twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Major General Aviation Polbin Ivan Semenovich [2] .
