Biography

Brother I.I. Kholodovsky - Lieutenant General , Head of the 29th Infantry Division in 1907-1908.

He entered the service in 1869, in 1872, after graduating from the Poltava Cadet Corps and the Mikhailovsky Artillery School in the 1st category, he was promoted to lieutenant and lieutenant and released to the Kiev fortress artillery.

Since 1904, a participant in the Russo-Japanese War , was at the disposal of the Main Artillery Directorate , from the same year he was general for special assignments under the Far Eastern governor Admiral E.I. Alekseev . Since 1905, he was the head of the siege artillery of the Manchurian army .

In 1907, “for distinction in service,” he was promoted to lieutenant general with the appointment of chief of artillery in the Odessa military district . Since 1914, a participant in the First World War . In 1915, "for distinction" was promoted to general from artillery . Since 1916 - head of the artillery supply of the Romanian Front .

After 1918 in exile. He died on May 15, 1933 in London .
