Fisherman's volost - one of 17 volosts of the Petrograd (until 1914 St. Petersburg) county [1] of the province of the same name . It was located south of the city, along the left bank of the Neva between the Moscow volost below and the Ust-Izhora volost upstream. On the opposite, right bank of the Neva, was located Novosaratovskaya volost , connected with the Fisherman’s volost by river transport.

The administrative center is the village of Rybatskoye .
According to the data for 1890, peasant allotments in the volost amounted to 2639 acres. In 4 villages of the volost there were 419 yards, in which 3330 souls of both sexes lived, including 1592 men and 1738 women. The number of non-peasant households in the volost is more than 200 [1] .
The volost was withdrawn from the zemstvo division of the county and placed under the direct jurisdiction of the city police department.
