Biography
Born on November 27, 1946 in the urban-type settlement of Borovaya, Borovsky District, Kharkiv Region, Ukrainian SSR .
He graduated from the Rostov Financial and Economic College .
He served in the ranks of the Soviet army , after returning from the army he graduated from the Saratov police school, later served in the internal affairs bodies in the north of the USSR.
Since 1980, he worked as head of the internal affairs department of the executive committee of the Leninsky district council of people's deputies in the city of Nikolaev .
He was a member of the CPSU .
In 1990, during the first alternative parliamentary elections in the Ukrainian SSR, he was nominated as a candidate for people's deputies. On March 18, 1990, in the second round, he was elected people's deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR of the 12th convocation (hereinafter the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the first convocation ) Number 282, Nikolaev, scored 46.36% of the votes among 5 candidates. In parliament, he was a member of the commission on law enforcement and the fight against crime, he was a member of the deputy faction "New Ukraine". Parliamentary powers expired on May 10, 1994.
At the parliamentary elections of 2006 he was a candidate for people's deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 5th convocation from the Power to the People bloc [1] , he was not elected.
In the parliamentary elections of 2012 he was a candidate for people's deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII convocation from the party “ Ukraine - Forward! »In the single-member constituency No. 128 [2] , was not elected.
