Biography
Since 1919 he worked on the railway. He studied at the Moscow Forestry Institute , combined in 1925 with the Leningrad Forest Institute [1] [2] .
He worked at the Krasnaya Zarya plant ( Leningrad ) as an engineer, then as the head of the workshop. Since 1934, he worked at the 5th state union design institute of the Ministry of Railways, in 1941-1950 - director of the institute [1] . In 1940 he joined the CPSU (b) [3] .
Since 1950 - Chairman of the Kuybyshevsky District Executive Committee, then - 1st Secretary of the Kuibyshevsky District Party Committee (Leningrad) [1] .
From September 1952 to February 1954 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Leningrad Regional Council [1] [3] . He was engaged in the restoration of the national economy of the region, the resettlement of villagers on the Karelian Isthmus [1] .
In 1954-1958 - the first secretary of the Dzerzhinsky district committee of the Communist Party of the city of Leningrad [4] .
He was elected as a deputy of the district, city and regional Councils [1] ; deputy (from Leningrad ) of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the III convocation (1951–1955) [5] ; delegate XIX (1952) [6] and XX Congresses of the CPSU (1956) [7] .
