Tulom is a river in Russia , flows in the Sysolsky and Priluzsky districts of the Komi Republic . The mouth of the river is 337 km along the right bank of the Luza River. The river is 54 km long.

The source of the river in the taiga massif among the hills of the Northern Uval on the western slopes of the Upper Tuloma hill (190 m NUM), 18 km southeast of the village of Sloboda . The source is located on the watershed of the South and Vychegda rivers, near the upper reaches of the Vepr river. The general direction of the current is southwest, the channel is winding. The upper course passes through the Sysolsky district, the middle and lower - along the Priluzsky. The entire course, with the exception of the mouth, passes through an uninhabited hilly taiga massif. It flows into the Luz in the village of Vukhtym . The width of the river in the lower reaches is 16 meters, the flow velocity is 0.5 m / s [2] .
