One of the three types of Fc receptor for monomeric immunoglobulins of the IgG isotype with high affinity CD64 . It plays a role in the innate and adaptive types of immunity. Interactions
FCGR1A binds to FCAR . [4] Stabilized on the cell membrane due to interaction with the FCER1G receptor protein . Interacts with proteins EPB41L2 , LAT and PPL , as well as with HCK and LYN .
FCGR1A recognizes the Fc fragment of immunoglobulin G ( IgG ) and leads to activation of the host cell via the ITAM motif [5] .
Structure
The protein consists of 374 amino acids , contains 3 disulfide bonds and 7 N-glycosylation sites with a molecular weight of 42.6 kDa. The extracellular region consists of 3 extracellular immunoglobulin domains of type C2 . Several serines can be phosphorylated .
