P-275 cable

The P-275 cable is a lightweight field communication cable used for communication over a short distance. It was produced according to GOST 10041-62 until January 1, 1977 [1] .

Construction

It consists of a multiwire circular conductor (it consists of 6 rated steel or tinned wires and one copper wire between them) and PVC plastic insulation [2] .

Characteristics

  • Diameter of steel wire: 0.2 - 0.25 mm [2]
  • The diameter of the copper wire: 0.26 - 0.27 mm [2]
  • Insulation thickness: 0.5 mm [2]
  • Stranding pitch of insulated conductors: 70 - 90 mm [2]
  • Voltage test for passage: 2000 V [2]
  • Resistance of a pair of cores at 20 ° С: not more than 500 Ohm / km [2]
  • Insulation resistance at 20 ° С: at least 1 MΩ · km [2]
  • Cable breaking strength: not less than 600 N [2]
  • Construction length: 600 - 750 m [2]
  • Operating temperature range: −40 to + 50 ° C [2]
