Sergei Mikhailovich Makhov (born October 16, 1978, Moscow , USSR ) is a Russian municipal figure, from 2014 to 2017 he was the head of the Izmayovo Vostochny district council, and from the spring of 2017 - the head of the Veshnyaki district council [1] . Currently (February 2019), he is the head of the Sokolinaya Gora District Council.

Short Biography
Sergei Mikhailovich Makhov was born on October 16, 1978 in Moscow , the USSR .
In 2000 he graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit. Immediately after graduation, he served in the Russian Armed Forces until 2001 .
After 5 years, in 2006 he received the profession of a lawyer, graduating from the Russian State Social University .
from 2014 to 2017 he was the head of the board of East Izmailov, and from March 2017 to November 2018 he held the position of head of the board of Veshnyakov [2] .
Married, has three children.
