Knut Beck ( Swedish: Knut Bäck ; April 22, 1868 , Stockholm - October 27, 1953 , Gothenburg ) - Swedish pianist, music teacher and composer.

He studied in Stockholm with Richard Andersson (piano), Emil Szogren (harmony and composition), Johan Lindegren (counterpoint), Andreas Hallen (instrumentation). In 1891-1894 continued his education in Berlin under the guidance of Max Bruch (composition) and Karl Heinrich Barth (piano).
Since 1896 he lived and worked in Gothenburg as a teacher and ensemble performer. A year later, he married Dagmar Charlotte Augusta Malm (1873-1959), also a piano teacher who came from an influential family of entrepreneurs in Gothenburg for over a century. The couple made a significant contribution to the development of the musical life of the city. At the turn of the century, Beck's piano plays and songs enjoyed some popularity.
