Biography
Player Career
Pupil of the football school of the Lipetsk club "Torpedo" (later - " Metallurg "), coach - Anatoly Mitrofanovich Reshetov. In 1964 he made his debut in the composition of his club at an adult level in the class "B" .
In 1966 he moved to the Volgograd "Tractor" , speaking in the second group of class "A" . He played the first match for the Volgograd club only a year later - in 1967. Then he acted as a division below for Energia (Volzhsky), and in 1969 he returned to Tractor.
In 1970, he returned to Lipetsk Metallurg, with whom he won the zonal tournament of the second league in 1972 and won silver medals in the final tournament of the championship. In 1973–1974, he played with his club in the first league, and also in 1974, he left for half the season in Oryol “Steel” . He completed his playing career in 1975 in the Lipetsk club, which was then called Novolipetsk.
Career Coach
In 1976–1984 he worked as a trainer at the Metallurg Sports School (Lipetsk). In 1985, he entered the coaching staff of the main team, being an assistant to Jemal Silagadze , and from October 1986 to the end of 1987 he worked as the head coach of the club. At the end of 1986, after an unsuccessful “final bullet” for going into the first league, Silagadze left the club, and at the separate RSFSR championship played out, Tretyakov led the team to victory.
In 1988–1992 he headed the Metallurgist amateur group of the Svobodny Sokol plant, and also from 1990–1991 worked as chairman of the Football Federation of the Lipetsk Region. In 1993–1994, he worked in Shchelkovo Spartak as a team leader and head coach, then in the second half of 1994 he headed the Saransk Lighting Technician .
In 1995-1997 he was again the head coach of the Lipetsk Metallurg, also led the club in the second round of the 1998 season. He led the team to victory in the zonal tournament of the second league in 1996 and to the silver medals of the first league in 1997. In 1999, he coached the Nizhny Novgorod club Torpedo-Victoria , in 2000-2001 he headed the Tula Arsenal , and in the second round of the 2001 season he worked again with the Lipetsk Metallurgist.
In 2002 he returned to Tula and headed Arsenal for two seasons. At the end of 2002, the team won the silver medal in the zonal tournament of the second division , and in 2003 won the zonal tournament and won the PFL Cup .
Later he worked with the clubs SOYUZ-Gazprom , Spartak (Lukhovitsy) and Yelets . In 2009, he worked as a sports director in Metallurg Lipetsk, and from the second round - as a head coach. At the end of 2009, completed his career.
