Content
Story
The current mayor of the city of Sineozersk, Arkady Anikeev, is caught catching a bribe on a particularly large scale and, by court decision, he is placed under house arrest at the place of registration in a communal apartment. Arcadia throws his wife, which was recorded all the property. Once in a communal apartment, Anikeev confronted Ivan Samsonov, with whom he lived in a communal apartment as a child. Leaving aside the differences, Anikeev decides to help Samsonov become the new mayor of Sineozyorsk so that he can contribute to the removal of all charges from the former mayor.

TV series production
- The idea of the series belongs to the participant of “ Comedy Club ” Semen Slepakov [1] .
- For the first time, the series was announced at the presentation of the television season 2015/2016 of the TNT channel on October 22, 2015 at the Moscow cinema Karo 11 October. A pilot series of the project was fully demonstrated there [2] .
- The pilot series was filmed by Yegor Baranov , and the series by Peter Buslov . At the end of the first series of the series in the speech of Nina Samsonova (the heroine of the actress Anna Ukolova ) sounds “hi” to the pilot’s director: “ Egorka Baranov was such a sprout. Bald in seventh grade, and now - the director in Moscow " [3] .
- The differences from the pilot series from the series are in the cast. In particular, Elena Korikova [4] played the role of the protagonist's wife (Vicky) in the pilot, and Olesya Sudzilovskaya plays this role in the series.
- At the final casting for the main role (Arkady Anikeev), Pavel Derevyanko and Fyodor Bondarchuk claimed [5] . The latter later starred in another project of the TNT channel Year of Culture .
- The filming process of the series started at the end of 2016 [6] and lasted for 205 days. The last 2.5 months of the shift lasted for 17 hours.
- The field shooting of the series took place in Yaroslavl [7] , and the communal apartment of the main characters was filmed in the pavilion in Podolsk [8] . Filming took place in Moscow [9] .
- The soundtrack to the show was written by Oscar-winning French composer Louis Bourse [10] .
- The project was one of the last works of actor Yegor Klinayev , who died on September 27, 2017 in a massive road accident on the Moscow Ring Road, when he tried to assist the victims.
- The premiere of the series was planned on April 2, 2018 on the TNT channel [11] , but was moved to August 16, 2018 on the TNT-PREMIER OTT platform [12] .
- The initial animated titles in their traditional technique were drawn by the Oscar winner Alexander Petrov with his son Dmitry, himself a resident of Yaroslavl (the city filmed in the series) [13] . Art. Lebedev Studio developed the final animated captions [14] .
- Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said in an interview with Russian television channels in December 2018 that he had watched a “couple of episodes” of the series “House arrest”. Medvedev said that he rarely watches TV shows, but he saw a couple of episodes of “Home arrest”. According to the prime minister, " this is quite funny, and some characters are quite recognizable " [15] [16] .
- The series “House arrest” headed the rating of the best TV series of 2018 according to the version of the Kinopoisk site [17] .
- According to the results of 2018, the series “House arrest” led the TOP-5 of the best Russian television series according to the version of “Filmocracy” [18] .
