Biography

Son of the St. George Knight , Lieutenant Colonel N. F. Bobylev ; the nephew of Lieutenant General A. F. Bobylev and Major General K. F. Bobylev .

Entered the service in 1860 after graduating from the School of Guards Secondary Ensigns and Cavalry Junkers, promoted to cornets of the Guard. Since 1863, a member of the Polish company . In 1865 he was promoted to lieutenant of the guard, in 1867 to the headquarters of the guard.

In 1872, he was promoted to captain of the guard, commanded a squadron and division . Since 1877, the participant of the Russian-Turkish war , for bravery in this company, was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir IV degree with swords and bow , St. Anne II degree with swords and the Golden St. George saber "For Bravery" [2] [3] .

In 1878 he was promoted to colonel . Since 1883, the commander of the Volyn 17th Dragoon Regiment . From 1886 to 1888 in stock. Since 1889, the commander of the Riga 31st Dragoon Regiment .

In 1894, promoted to major general with the appointment of the commander of the 1st brigade of the 14th cavalry division . In 1900 he was promoted to lieutenant general , commander of the 14th cavalry division . In 1906 he was promoted to generals from cavalry, with retirement.
