Career

Diego was born in Burgos , Castile-Leon , Rico graduated from the local youth system of the club “Burgos”. In June 2011, he joined the team of the youth team of Real Zaragoza - Juventi. Rico made his debut for Real Madrid’s reserve squad in the 2011/12 season at Segund B , and was quickly promoted to Team B in July 2012. Basically, Diego was used as a substitute player during a team game. After the injury of Abraham, Minero , in the summer of 2013, was transferred to the first team of Real Madrid. On September 10, he played his first professional football match, playing in a lost game against Deportivo Alaves in the Spanish Cup [1] .
