The mansion on Krasnoyarskaya Street is a two-story house in the Railway District of Novosibirsk , built at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries. It is a sample of the apartment building of a prosperous resident of the city. Monument of architecture of regional significance.

Description
The two-story mixed house with the south-eastern main facade faces Dimitrov Avenue , the north-eastern facade of the building used to go out onto the red line of Krasnoyarskaya Street, which later turned into an intra-quarter passage on this stretch.
The first floor of the building is brick-built, the second floor is timbered, chopped “into the cloud” and trimmed with a profiled hedge.
Cold canopies with a gently sloping arched roof are attached to the south-east facade to a height of two floors.
The main volume of the building is completed by a pitched roof.
Three entrances to the floors are located in different parts of the building: on the first floor - from the north-east and north-west facades, on the second floor - from the south-east facade through the cold canopy.
The plane of the walls of the northeastern facade is divided into three equal parts by paneled shoulder blades, all parts are completed by pediments . There is a dormer window in the central pediment. Each pediment ends with carved wooden calm.
Windows on the second floor are framed by platbands decorated with volumetric and surface carvings from carved side columns and complexly shaped finishes. Window sills are decorated with festoons with tassels, window sills are decorated with stylized floral ornaments.

The southeast facade has an asymmetric composition, it is emphasized by two triangular pediments with rosettes in the form of a “sun”. A feature of the facade is a built-in window on the second floor with a common window sill.
Fire Recovery
The architectural monument was damaged by fire. Restoration work was carried out by the cooperative "Trud" [1] .
