Distribution
Indo-Pacific region: from the Red Sea through the waters of China and south to Indonesia.
Biology
Like other caudate-like Aetomylaeus milvus belong to ovoviviparous fish. Embryos develop in the womb, feeding on the yolk and histotroph.
Human Interaction
The International Union for Conservation of Nature has not yet evaluated the conservation status of this species. Perhaps eaten by people in the western Pacific Ocean.
