Aziz-biy came from the Uzbek clan Mangyt [1] and bore the military rank of the head of the military unit - tuxaba [4] .

Political Activities
Aziz-biy under the emir of Nasrullah officially held the post of chief secretary - the Minister of Finance. In addition, he was entrusted with all the trade and diplomatic affairs of the emirate [2] .
When the emir was absent from the capital, he acted as Kushbegi - the prime minister and in fact managed all the affairs of the emirate [2] .
Interesting Facts
In 1858, N.P. Ignatiev , being the head of the military-diplomatic mission to Khiva and Bukhara , worked closely with Aziz-bi.
During the visit of members of the military-diplomatic mission to Bukhara, they were met by the relatives of Aziz-biya in Karakul .
Subsequently, N.P. Ignatiev successfully concluded a trade treatise with the emir Nasrullah and freed all Russian subjects held in captivity by the emir [2] .
Family
The son of Aziz-biy, Ravshankul-bey served Seyid Abdumalik . During the rebellion, Seyid Abdumalik against his father, Emir of Bukhara, Ravshankul-bey joined the side of Muzaffar and was awarded the rank of mirahur.
Death
Aziz-biy was killed under Emir Muzaffar [3] .
