Biography

Tinmey Dozur-ool Laizapovich was born on March 10, 1939 in the Piy-Khem district of the Tuva People’s Republic . Khadyn Secondary School, where he received his primary education, in April 2009 . assigned his name [1] . D.L. Tinmey in 1961 graduated from the Moscow Institute of National Economy. G.V. Plekhanov . In 1977, after graduating from the graduate school of the USSR Academy of Social Sciences , he defended his Ph.D. In 1961-1965 He worked as a teacher of political economy at the Kyzyl State Institute . then secretary of the Tuva regional committee of the Komsomol (OK Komsomol ), deputy chairman of the State Planning Commission of the Tuva Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , first secretary of the Kaa-Khem district committee of the CPSU , head of the department of the Tuva regional committee of the Communist Party, secretary of the Tuva regional committee of the Communist Party , mayor of Kyzyl, secretary of the Supreme Huralsp RT , first RT, head of the State Tax Inspectorate of Kyzyl, director of the Kyzyl College of Economics and Law (KTEiP), director of the Tuva branch of SIBUK .



Activities

Experience of pedagogical work D.L. Tinmeya is 52 years old, including pedagogical work at universities - 26 years old [1] .
