Alvina (Alvine-Katarine) Johannovna Konno ( est. Alvine Katharine Konno , nee Leesment ( est. Leesment ); March 30, 1901 - March 18, 1994, Tallinn ) - Estonian Soviet party and statesman, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 4th convocation.

Biography
She spent the first half of her life in the Yaroslavl region , where her family moved before the revolution.
Since 1945 - at party work in the Estonian SSR . In 1945-1949 he was an instructor of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Estonia , in 1949-1950 he was the secretary of the Harju County Committee, in 1950-1952 he was the first secretary of the Kose District Committee, in 1952 he was the Secretary of the Tallinn Regional Committee, in 1952-1953 he was the head female department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Estonia. In 1953-1957 - the first secretary of the district committee of Raplamaa [1] .
In March 1954, she was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 4th convocation (1954-1958) from the Harju constituency [2] . She was also elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the ESSR of the 3rd convocation (1951-1955).
Died March 18, 1994 in Tallinn. She was buried in the Pärnamäe Cemetery [3] .
Personal life
Parents - Juhan Leesment (1863-1944) and Kadri Leesment (virgin Sabas, 1863-1945), the family had 9 brothers and sisters. Spouse - Johannes Konno (1896-1972), a tailor by profession. Two daughters - Meeri and Loreida.
