Contains the last concert of the tour, shot at the Stade de l'Ouest Stadium in Nice on August 5, 1990. The concert was previously shown by the American channel HBO as a television special project Madonna - Live! Blond Ambition World Tour 90 . [1] Another television special project with the same name was shown on December 24, 1990 in Europe - it contained a recording of a concert from the Spanish Barcelona, shot on August 1, 1990 and produced by the Italian television channel Rai Uno. The same channel had previously produced the 1987 concert recording Madonna in Concerto , later published commercially under the name in 1988.
In 1992, the release in LaserDisc format won in the Best Music Video, Long Form category at the 34th Grammy Ceremony . It was the first Grammy in the career of Madonna. The prize went to Madonna, David Mellet and Mark “Aldo” Micheli (video directors) and Anthony Eaton (video producer). [2]
