Biography
Born on January 28, 1971 in Sverdlovsk . In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Molecular and Chemical Physics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology [3] .
In 1992, he was a co-founder of CJSC Production Association Commonwealth. Since 2005 - General Director of the Industrial Union “New Commonwealth”, which unites 20 enterprises located in the Rostov region , Moscow , Kazakhstan , Ukraine , Canada and the USA [4] . The key assets of the holding are Rostselmash , Empils [4] and Buhler Industries [5] ( TSX : BUI ). The main shareholders of the New Commonwealth are its three founders and managing partners - K. A. Babkin , D. A. Udras and Yu. V. Ryazanov [6] [7] .
Together with Konstantin Babkin and Yuri Ryazanov , the Empils (1998) and Rostselmash (2000) factories removed from the crisis of the 1990s [8] [9] .

Having overcome the crisis in the 1990s , Rostselmash is now experiencing a real renaissance, having established sales of its products in 35 countries and opened a representative office in Germany last year.
