Kasim Khan ( Uzbek Qosimxon ) - a representative of the ruling Uzbek mangyt dynasty, the grandson of Emir Muzaffar . He was vicar of the Chirakchi bekie (1885-1920) [1] of the Bukhara Emirate .

Family
Kasim Khan, under the Emirs Muzaffar, Seyid Abdulahad Khan and Seyid Alim Khan, ruled Chirakchi’s beating and one of the daughters of Seid Abdulahad Khan was married to him [2] . His father, Seid Akram, was the only one of Muzaffar’s sons who did not lose his post after his brother, Seyid Abdulahad Khan , ascended the throne [3] . Seid Akram was the vicar of many bekim of the Bukhara emirate .
