Biography
He was deputy people's commissar of the fishing industry of the USSR . On June 16, 1939, he was arrested on charges that, allegedly "being a member of a right-wing Trotsky organization, he worked in favor of Polish intelligence and was engaged in sabotage in the USSR Narkompishcheproma system", that is, in the crimes provided for by Articles 58-1a and 58-11 of the Criminal Code RSFSR . October 28, 1941, was shot in the village of Barbysh near Kuibyshev (according to other sources, November 1, 1941 in Saratov ). On October 28, 1954, he was posthumously rehabilitated by a decision of the USSR Prosecutor General's Office (the case was discontinued due to the absence of corpus delicti).
