About the Single
The double single, none of the songs is a bi-side . The track list for the standard CD edition is “Here I Go Impossible Again” first, and the track list for the limited edition CD and DVD is “All This Time Still Falling Out of Love”.
“Here I Go Impossible Again” is notable for its bright synth sounds and the smooth, sometimes multi-layered voice of Andy Bell . The radio version of the song has been slightly changed from the original.
“All This Time Still Falling Out of Love” is a pronounced dance composition in which Vince Clarke’s musical “signature” is clearly visible: syncopated and rhythmic sounds of analog synthesizers.
As with both previous previous singles from the Nightbird album, the limited CD release “Here I Go Impossible Again” / “All This Time Still Falling Out of Love” contained materials with which the listeners themselves could remix songs (only “ Here I Go Impossible Again "). A special site erasuredownload.com was created for the exchange of remixes (as of 2018 the site is not working).
The single took 25th place in the UK Singles Chart and 4th place in the American Hot Dance Music Sales .
Single cover design by British artist Rob Ryan . On different versions of the single, the covers differ in background color and the position of individual elements [2] [3] [4] , the differences are much more pronounced than on versions of the covers of the first single .
Music video
The video “All This Time Still Falling Out of Love” directed by Uwe Flade was filmed, representing a cut of scenes from a concert performance, interspersed with fragments shot outside the stage.
