Geography
The village is located in the east of the Pskov region, within the Bezhanitskaya Upland , north of the Shelovitsa River, southwest of Lake Dubets , at a distance of about 4 kilometers (in a straight line) south-east of the urban-type settlement Bezhanitsy , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 116 meters above sea level [2] .

Until 2015, the settlement was part of the Bezhanitsky volost .
