Kuybakarov, Khushvakt Rajabovich

Khushvakt Radzhabovich Kuybakarov (1930 -?) - Soviet Uzbek statesman.

Member of the CPSU since 1955. Education: graduated from Samarkand Agricultural Institute and the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU.

Since 1952, in economic, party and political work:

• chief agronomist of II Kamashinsky MTS,
• deputy Head agricultural department of Kashkadarya regional committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan,
• Chairman of the Kasansky District Executive Committee,
• Deputy Secretary - Head organizational department of the party committee of the Karshi production department,
• Head of Karshi Production Department.
• since 1965, secretary of the Kashkadarya regional committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan,
• First Secretary of the Ulyanovsk District Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan,
• 1973-1975 Chairman of the Kashkadarya Regional Executive Committee.
• Since 1975, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Uzbek SSR
• from 12.29.1978 Minister of Procurement of the Uzbek SSR
• From November 1986, Minister of Grain Products of the Uzbek SSR.

Member of the Supreme Council of the Uzbek SSR of the 9-10th convocations.

Awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Uzbek SSR (1979) ^[1] .
