Biography
Born in a farm laborer's family.
Member of the CPSU (b) since December 1931. In 1929 he graduated from the Kustanai Pedagogical College, in 1953 - from the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute. Abay .

- 1931-1934 - trainee, then assistant operative officer trainee of the Semiozersky district department of the GPU,
- 1934-1936 - Assistant to the authorized economic department of the State Security Department of the UNKVD in the Aktobe region,
- 1936-1937 - Head of the Amangeldy district branch of the UNKVD in the Aktobe region,
- 1937-1939 - assistant to the head of the 3rd department of the state security department of the UNKVD in the Kustanai region,
- 1939-1940 - Head of the investigative unit of the NKVD department in the Kustanai region,
- 1940-1941 - senior investigator of the investigative unit of the NKVD of the Kazakh SSR, senior officer of the 5th branch of the state state security department of the NKVD of the Kazakh SSR,
- 1941-1944 - Deputy head of the first department of the NKGB (then the NKVD and again the NKGB) of the Kazakh SSR.

- 1959-1960 - First Deputy Chairman of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR,
