Geva Binyamin (also known as Adam ) is an Israeli settlement in the immediate vicinity of Jerusalem . Named in honor of the Israeli general ( aluf ), deputy chief of the former Adam Yetkutiel (1927-1982), who died in Lebanon . Both secular and religious Jews live in Geva Binyamin. Near the settlement there is a monument of the Bronze Age , known as Kabur Bani Israil . Administratively related to the Mate Binyamin Regional Council .

On July 26, 2018, an Arab terrorist attacked residents of a settlement with a knife and injured three people. He was shot dead [2] .

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of Israel , the population at the beginning of 2018 was 5,409 people [3] .
