Shevertney is a village in the Gus-Khrustalny district of the Vladimir region of Russia , part of the Demidov rural settlement .

Geography

The village is located 9 km north of the center of the village of Demidovo and 40 km southwest of Gus-Khrustalny .

History

In the XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Demidov volost of the Kasimovsky district of the Ryazan province , since 1926 - as part of the Palishensky volost of the Gusevsky district of the Vladimir province . In 1859 ^[2] there were 38 yards in the village, in 1905 ^[3] - 64 yards, in 1926 ^[4] - 128 yards.

Since 1929, the village was part of the Mokrovsky village council of the Gus-Khrustalny district , since 1935 - as part of the Illichivsk village council of the Kurlovsky district , since 1963 - as part of the Gus-Khrustalny district , and since 2005 - as part of the Demidov rural settlement .
