Biography
In service in the officer rank since 1852. In 1861, he was dismissed as captain . In the civil service since 1864.
He was granted the court ranks of the chamberlain and "in the position of Jägermeister." In 1891 he was promoted to jägermeister . Since 1900, Vice-President of the Imperial Senate of Finland from the Department of Economics [1] . Since 1905, he was appointed Minister-State Secretary of the Grand Duchy of Finland [2] .
Since 1905, a member of the Council of State [3] . In 1907 he was promoted to Ober Jägermeister [4] .
