Biography

In service and class rank since 1819 after graduating from the Imperial University of Warsaw .

In 1832, he was promoted to acting State Counselor and Chamberlain of the Imperial Court with the appointment of an assistant state secretary and member [1] , since 1850 he has been chief director and chairman of the Government Commission for Finance and the Treasury of the Kingdom of Poland. Since 1846, the chairman of the main directorate of the Zemsky Credit Society of the Kingdom of Poland [2] and member [3] of the Main Board of Trustees of Charities of the Kingdom of Poland.

Since 1850, a member of the Polish Kingdom Management Council. In 1850 he was promoted to Privy Councilor . Since 1861 he was appointed Minister-State Secretary of the Kingdom of Poland . From 1862 to 1883, a member of the State Council of the Russian Empire [4] . He was awarded all Russian orders up to the Order of the White Eagle granted to him in 1860 [5] .
