Content
History
The Region group of companies was created in 1995 by Alexander Rudik.
In 2011, Rudik sold the company's shares to top management and left his post [1] .
In 2017, the company became a minority shareholder in the non-state pension fund Soglasie OPS, having acquired a 9.9% stake [2] .
In 2018, Region Group acquired the state insurance company Ugoria [3] .
In 2018, the rating agency “ Expert RA ” assigned a rating to the companies “Region Development” and “Region Portfolio Investments” at the level “A”, “Region Trust” and “Region EsM” at the level “A ++” (with a stable outlook) [4] , the company also entered the TOP-10 management companies in Russia.
The company entered the TOP-5 effective management companies according to Kommersant [5] , as well as one of the leading stock market operators in terms of the volume of client operations of the Moscow Exchange [6] .
Standard & Poor's assigned REGION IC and REGION BC long and short-term credit ratings at B- / B .
