Biography
He was born in 1886 in the village of Tatarshchino, Tambov province (at that time - the estate of the landowners Levashevs) in a laborer family: his father worked as a shepherd for the landowner, and his mother as a cook.
Since 1903 he worked as a miner in the Donbass . Having taken part in the labor movement, he participated in the Revolution of 1905-1907 .
Revolution and Civil War
After the February Revolution of 1917, he was elected by the miners to the Presidium of the Executive Committee of the Council of Workers' Deputies of the Donetsk-Kryvyi Rih basin. Member of the RCP (b)

In 1921, he was authorized by the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the People's Commissariat of the RSFSR in Crimea , and took an active part in the liquidation of the Tatar and White Guard gangs in the Crimean mountains.
After the war
In the years 1922-1924 - in the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic : Deputy People's Commissar of Justice and Prosecutor of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Deputy Chairman of the Tatsovnarchoz, Head of the Tatar Branch of Prombank.
In 1924-1927 - in the Azerbaijan SSR : deputy manager of the Azerbaijan office of Prombank, deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan Agricultural Bank.
In the years 1928-1929 - in the Kyrgyz SSR : Chairman of the Board of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Bank, member of the Board of the Kredselsoyuz and Chairman of the Board of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Center.
He came into conflict with the Secretary of the Kyrgyz Regional Party Committee V.P. Shubrikov , believing that the vast majority of agricultural loans are given to the kulak and prosperous farms, but the funds do not reach the collective farms. As a result of the conflict, he was relieved of his work, sent to study in Moscow at financial and banking courses.
In 1930, he was arrested by the Eastern Department of the OGPU in the Sultan-Galiev case. Guilty of national deviation did not plead. The three OGPU of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic was sentenced to death, the sentence was commuted to 10 years in prison. Three years later, released in connection with the review of the case.
In 1933-1939 he worked in the native village of Tatarshchino - a member of the board and bookkeeper of the collective farm “Iptyash Alga” (“Comrade, forward!”), Then the collective farm “Kyzyl Shark” (“Red East”).
In 1940 he stopped working, in 1945 he moved to his son in Kislovodsk.
In 1956, reinstated in the party.
He died in 1965 in Odessa.
